It's not just time and environmental that's aging us. We actually have bad habits that aging ourselves. Below are the 6 bad habits that could make you ugly, do you have some of them or all of them?
NO.1 Good things are not meant to be shared
Do you share shampoo with your hubby? Do you share your "secret skincare product" with your mom? If you do, stop sharing now and start thinking: should I? Your boyfriend's shampoo might clean his hair super good, but that doesn't mean it will give your hair what it needs. Your mom's wrinkle reducer might work just fine for her, but actually gives you pimple on your forehead. You see, everyone has different needs and meant to be treated differently.
NO.2 The hotter the better
It might be true when your dating not when you washing your face. Some people (including me until not long ago) love to use hot or warm water to wash their face. Using water that is 25℃ or above, your face gets drier after you wash it. Best temperature is 0℃ (but you can just use your cold water). Also, don't use any cleaning tools (they can make your poles bigger), your fingers and hands are the best tools ever.
NO.3 Massage press your eye cream
We all know that skins around our eyes are super thin, right? That's why we spend fortune on those eye creams. Ever think about why they are not work as good as you expected? Well, it might just be the way you apply them. Press them gently instead making circles with your forefinger can help you prevent wrinkles and fine lines. Do you wearing contact lancers? Then you might want to be extra gentle to your eyes when you put them on and take them off. Remember, your skin don't like to be stretched.
NO.4 No skincare or makeup at all
It is true that too much makeup will hurt your skin over time. But do you know that do not wear any makeup could also result damage to your skin? Best example will be sun damages on those people who never wearing sun screens. You don't have to wear makeup if you don't want to but do yourself a favorite, put some lotion and sunscreen on tomorrow.
NO.5 From computer to bed
A lot of people go straight from their computer to bed (also including me)which is a very bad habit that will damage your skin. Do protect your face with some foundation before you start using your computer and do wash your face before you go to bed.
NO.6 Express your emotion on your face
Some people laugh loud and laugh a lot. It's good for your health and will make you feel happier. But, express your emotion on your face will leave marks on your face and make your look older. So if you want to look younger, laugh less...
