Is hunger bad? It is, and isn't. Hunger is good as long as
it exists to help you survive by forcing you to eat. But
when it morphs into a colossal force that compels you to eat
dozens of burgers every few hours, then it is not good at
all! In fact, hunger can be one of our worst enemies and can
make us overweight if we let it spiral out of control. If
you won't to lose weight, you just learn to control hunger.
1.Appetite Suppressants: What appetite suppressant are is
that they helps a person to control their hunger urges. They
comes in either powdered form or tablets form. There are
also many types available in the market. Most of them have
side effects and some are useless totally. The only appetite
suppressant which I would recommend myself is Hoodia.
Firstly, Hoodia is derived from a cactus plant which can be
found mostly in the African Continent and it is a all
natural with artificial additives nor formulations.
Secondly, this method has proven effective for me. Thus, I
will chose this method over those which has caffeine or
other stimulants in them.
Hoodia comes in either pill form or powdered form.
Personally, I find the powdered form works best. Perhaps,
this is because the powdered form is more readily absorbed
into our body. To prepare the detox drink, take One
teaspoonful of Hoodia Powder, mix it with one cup of water
and some lemon juice. Be forewarn, the taste is not to
everybody liking. As for myself, I literally force it down
my throat.
Even though the formulation tasted horrible, You will be
able to to on fasting for days and not feel any hunger at
all. This is because the Hoodia, really suppress your hunger
pangs.
2. Hunger pangs are positive signals: Don't be afraid of
hunger pangs, and don't look at them as though they are
punishments to be endured! Hunger pangs are positive signals
of the fact that your body is working hard to help you with
weight loss. These hunger pangs are caused when your body
releases the toxins present inside your fat deposits.
If you can stand to control your hunger for 2 weeks
approximately, you are on your way to losing weight
comfortably. However, please note that you should not fast
more than two weeks. If you still continue to fast after two
weeks, you might end up being anorexic. The important thing
is to ensure that you adopt a good lifestyle and not go back
to the same bad habits which cause you to gain weight in the
